Ms. Collins supports the firm’s accounting and tax reporting practice by maintaining the financial books and records of foreign and domestic trusts and entities. This work includes tracking clients’ contributions to, and distributions from, foreign trusts, as well as recording the income, fees, and expenses generated within such trusts and their underlying investments. In this regard, she plays an integral role in ensuring that tax reporting deadlines related to such structures are properly met. Ms. Collins received her B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Business from Baylor University in 2008.

Mr. Rath primarily supports the firm's international residency operations and legal research. He is responsible for performing investigation and analysis on international tax jurisdictions, geopolitical security issues, immigration procedures, and current legislative trends. This work includes serving as a liaison with embassy and consular officials both domestically and internationally. In addition, Mr. Rath frequently assists in preparing and editing firm articles and multi-media materials for trade publications and conferences. Mr. Rath graduated with distinction from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa with degrees in History and World Religion and has won national writing awards in both playwriting and non-fiction.

Ms. Davis assists with the firm’s international estate planning practice and supports the firm’s work in forming and administering foreign and domestic trusts and entities.  This work includes drafting legal documents, designing and implementing trust and entity administration systems, serving as a liaison between clients and their fiduciaries and investment professionals, and assisting with the supervision of the compliance of these structures from a legal and tax perspective.  Ms. Davis received her B.A. in Speech Communication from Baylor University in 2007.
