Ms. Collins supports the firm’s accounting and tax reporting practice by maintaining the financial books and records of foreign and domestic trusts and entities. This work includes tracking clients’ contributions to, and distributions from, foreign trusts, as well as recording the income, fees, and expenses generated within such trusts and their underlying investments. In this regard, Ms. Collins plays an integral role in ensuring that tax reporting deadlines related to such structures are properly met.

Mr. Rath primarily supports the firm's international residency operations and legal research. He is responsible for performing investigation and analysis on international tax jurisdictions, geopolitical security issues, immigration procedures, and current legislative trends. This work includes serving as a liaison with embassy and consular officials both domestically and internationally. In addition, Mr. Rath frequently assists in preparing and editing firm articles and multi-media materials for trade publications and conferences. Mr. Rath graduated with distinction from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa with degrees in History and World Religion and has won national writing awards in both playwriting and non-fiction.

Ms. Sellers works primarily in the firm's international trust and estate planning practice, with an emphasis on the administration of foreign trust and entity structures. This work includes maintaining trust books and records, serving as a liaison between clients and their fiduciaries and investment professionals, ensuring that due diligence is completed appropriately, and assisting in the various U.S. tax compliance requirements for foreign trusts and entities. Ms. Sellers also provides support for several family offices and assists in the implementation of the traditional estate and disability planning aspects of clients' overall international estate plans.
