Ben Ross assists firm attorneys as they advise clients on income and transfer tax considerations with regard to proposed business transactions, choice of entity structure, and investment in pass-through entities. In this role, Mr. Ross regularly researches and analyzes complex domestic and international tax issues, facilitates tax reporting and compliance for foreign trusts and domestic entities, and assists in the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. Mr. Ross has extensive experience in the preparation and examination of all types of federal and state income tax returns, and his previous experience in a public accounting firm provides a strong background for dealing with the specific tax issues of the firm's clients. Ben graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Masters in Accounting in 2009 after receiving a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University at Idaho in 2007.
